It crawls internal pages, captures multi-device viewports via Puppeteer, runs Google Lighthouse, analyzes backlink equity, and scores multiple issues based on their specific impact on site health.
AuraSEO is a specialized SEO analyzer tool built to evaluate modern web applications across traditional search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Rather than relying on external AI models, AuraSEO operates as a high-performance deterministic audit engine that inspects whether a website is properly prepared for both conventional search crawlers and modern conversational search agents such as ChatGPT Search , Perplexity AI , Claude Search , and Google AI Overviews .
The tool organizes its complete analysis across 6 dedicated pages : Overview , AI Readiness , Site Health , Performance , Backlinks , and Issues . During an audit, an asynchronous crawler discovers and traverses internal paths, measures HTTP response codes, and records response latency per URL. In parallel, headless Puppeteer captures automated full-page screenshots across desktop and mobile viewports, while an integrated Google Lighthouse engine evaluates Core Web Vitals, server TTFB (Time to First Byte), and render-blocking scripts.
AuraSEO also inspects critical frontier directives—verifying AI bot permissions in robots.txt (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended), checking for machine-readable /llms.txt indexes, and extracting structured Schema.org JSON-LD entity graphs. It maps off-page link equity across unique referring root domains and anchor text distributions. Finally, the Issues engine evaluates all discovered bottlenecks and applies a weighted marking system based on how heavily each factor impacts its respective area, generating an overall health radar breakdown.
Technology Stack
The frontend is built with React and TanStack for responsive state management and view routing, styled with Tailwind CSS. The backend is powered by Node.js, running an asynchronous page crawler, Google Lighthouse for performance diagnostics, Puppeteer for automated multi-device screenshots (desktop and mobile viewports), and custom parsing algorithms for robots.txt rules, /llms.txt indexes, Schema.org entity graphs, and backlink signals.
