Source Code Handover: The transfer of full raw source code repositories depends on the specific project agreement (e.g., direct repository transfer vs. managed CMS and live site access).

Third-Party & Open-Source Libraries: Any third-party libraries, frameworks, or open-source dependencies used in the project remain subject to their original licenses.

We retain the right to showcase completed projects, screenshots, live links, interface videos, and case studies across our portfolio and marketing channels to demonstrate technical capabilities.

The client warrants that all logos, imagery, copy, media assets, and fonts provided to us for project development are either owned by the client or properly licensed. We are not responsible for copyright claims arising from client-provided materials.
